Documentation Requirements
- A valid Passport Book is required for all passengers on international routes, including lap infants
- Visiting or transiting through Canada: non-Canadian or non-US citizens require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a valid visa. For more information and application, see www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp
- International travel into the United States: non-US or non-Canadian citizens require a visa-waiver travel authorization (ESTA) or a valid visa. For more information and application, see travel.state.gov/content/visas/en.html
- Check-in must be completed at least 60 minutes prior to your departure with your valid passport book. For those passengers holding a non-US/Canadian passport please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp to verify entry requirements via air into Canada.

Required Check-in Times
- International flight check-in must be completed at least (60) minutes prior to scheduled departure due to US Homeland Security regulations. Flights close (30) minutes prior to departure to send international paperwork.
- Domestic flight check-in must be completed at least (30) minutes prior to scheduled departure time (20 minutes prior to scheduled departure from un-staffed dock locations). Flights close (10) minutes prior to departure.
Baggage Allowances
- Seaplane passengers are allowed 25 lbs (11kg) of baggage per person; including hand-carry personal items such as purses, briefcases or computer bags
*Seaplanes – No single item may exceed 50 linear inches (127cm) (length + width + height); this equates to a standard 10 in. x 16 in. x 24 in. (25cm x 41cm x 61cm) carry-on bag as permitted on the major airlines. - Land Plane passengers are allowed up to 50 lbs (23kg) of baggage per person; plus one additional personal item of up to 20 lbs (9kg). No single item may exceed 50 lbs.

Restricted Articles
- Federal law prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person, and many everyday products are considered hazardous under these regulations. Violations are subject to fines and/or imprisonment
- Prohibited articles include but are not limited to explosives, compressed gasses, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials

Ground Shuttles
- Ground shuttle connections between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac) and Boeing Field must be booked in advance
- Sea-Tac drop-off and pick-up occurs at Door 02 in the Scheduled Airporter waiting area at the far south end of the Baggage Claim level

Changes & Cancellation
- All fares are non-refundable at time of purchase; packages including flights and lodging or activity components may be subject to different rules
- Flight changes made up until (24) hours prior to departure may be made without penalty
- Hotel & Activity Package changes made up until (72) hours prior may be made without penalty
- In the event of a booking cancellation made up until (24) hours prior to departure, a booking credit is retained for future use within (18) months
- In the event of package cancellation made up until (72) hours prior to departure, a booking credit is retained for future use within (18) months
- Changes or cancellations made within (24) hours prior to flight departure are subject to full forfeiture of the fare (72) hours prior for package forfeiture.
